Project management – $500,000-$15 million projects from concept to commissioning . Specialties include
project cost controls, engineering, planning/scheduling, construction, construction safety, construction management, turn around management, estimating, quality control, procurement and capital expenditure documentation. We can offer all or some of the project management activities to complement the clients existing team.

Asset integrity management. Definition: The condition management of anything that does not move – Pressure vessels, tanks, pipes etc. We can develop and maintain complete asset management programs from scratch or work with their existing system to enhance its effectiveness. This includes the inspection of pressure vessels with an API510 certified inspector.

Maintenance and reliability program development. Definition: The condition management of anything that moves. Pumps, motors, gearboxes, drives etc. We can develop and maintain a complete maintenance reliability program or work with their existing system to enhance its effectiveness. This include vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis etc

Quality control – Provide 3rd party quality control on projects involving pressure vessels and pressure piping

Underground infrastructure asset management – We have specialist experience of underground sewer system from condition assessment to repair / rehabilitation

Full EPC – Engineer, procure, construction – This basically means the client has a problem and we engineer a solution, purchase the equipment / parts and install/build.
