My boyfriend purchased a rock tumbler from them in the summer of last year as a gift for me, which was very exciting for both of us. Cost was over $300. Pre-order time was 12 weeks. It never arrived, and they wouldn't answer the phone, their email, or their customer service forms. Very disappointing. He was also told he could only pay via etransfer, so he was unable to get any money back. Lesson learned I suppose. But it's unfortunate considering all other signs point to them being a legitimate company.
PS. Judging by the google reviews it looks like this is a repeated issue.
