Homeless after house fire in 2019. Purchased 60 Boxes AMAZONE Kronotex Flooring, and 6 rolls of underlay, paid in full. We’re not well off, no Insurance caused a huge struggle. A week ago, I asked Your Decor Manager to exchange 60 boxes for newer flooring. Manager said no before I could explain warp and cold basement floors will cause removal in 5 years, but new ones already have underlay under the wider beautiful flooring. Can I do this exchange? We tried our best to move in but low funding was frustrating. I will look for answers, I’m certain you can chip all of what I presently have for new improved flooring. We have a five bedroom house. We went up to the terrace to look at flooring and carpet flooring it covers and it's been absolutely excellent! We're very happy and we want to get covers and all that sort of stuff, but we're just dealing with some health issues at the moment. As soon as we're clear on that, we want to go ahead. We've been so happy. They've been absolutely wonderful and I really appreciate all their help.
