Company Description

We grind all the whole grain flours, used in our breads, cakes, crackers and sweets, using organic grains from Alberta.

Baked goods and frozen products (spanikopitas, gourmet perogies and soup!) can be purchased directly from the bakery, at the Bulkey Valley Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings, or at the Health Food Store in Smithers.
