I’m using my wife’s account cause she is NOT confrontational and is VERY nice too nice if you ask me! She did a pedicure today and the lady ripped some of her toe nail right off. My wife was bleeding on her toe and although the staff was apologetic they didn’t even try to wave the fee or give any kind of discount. My wife is in pain now and her toe is bleeding still when she came home. When I asked her about it, she said she felt bad for the girl as it was accident, didn’t want the girl to get in trouble. I understand that but come on ! What kind of business would still charge when they literally made someone bleed. Just crazy how a customer needs to make scene in order to get any kind of respect. Disgusting business!
