High pressure and demand to learn things in an unrealistic time frame. Do not work for this company unless you can pick things up really fast or have a lots of prior field experience because they aren't willing to invest the time and resources needed to ensure their new employees succeed.
On the flipside workplace environment is great. The staff are nice and pleasant and are always willing to answer any questions you have.
