Such a great experience - friendly, efficient,smiling staff even last thing in a Friday. Great job in a overworked, underderappreciated field.

The phoenix medical lab in Prince George is the worst place. I have now been trying for two days dialing and pushing redial non stop and they refuse to answer their phones. Perhaps they should hire someone that actually sits and answers phone only. I will have to drive into town to change an appointment because that is the only way to do it. If anyone out there needs to go to a lab don’t deal with this one. I have actually been sitting in there and have heard people say the same thing that they had to drive in because no one answers a phone. An absolute disgrace.
